This ambitious Dh738 million development aims to provide modern residential options and promote sustainable growth within the emirate.

Encompassing a sprawling 50-hectare area, the project includes 242 villas, specifically designed to cater to the needs of Emirati families. The development also boasts extensive community facilities, featuring 33 public parks and green spaces, a mosque that can accommodate up to 644 worshippers, and two commercial centers that house 38 retail outlets. Additionally, a 3-kilometer cycling track is part of the amenities aimed at encouraging a modern and active lifestyle.

The Al Samha Housing Project is a key component of the Emirati Neighbourhood Initiative, which is focused on creating integrated residential communities that enhance family stability and promote a high standard of living.
